TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing transactions conducted via the online store operated by WEBECLIPSE OÜ (registration number 17030761), hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider. By placing an order on pood.webeclipse.ee, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms. These terms are in compliance with European regulations concerning online sales.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The online store pood.webeclipse.ee is operated by WEBECLIPSE OÜ and facilitates the sale of goods to customers based on these terms.
1.2. The Service Provider has the right to modify the conditions of service at any time, with such changes being announced on the website.
1.3. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate personal information when placing an order. The Service Provider is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Customer.
2. Prices and Payment
2.1. All prices in the online store are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
2.2. The total order price consists of the product price and applicable delivery fees, which are displayed at checkout.
2.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust prices and availability without prior notice.
2.4. Payments can be made using available online banking options, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods integrated into the checkout system.
2.5. The contract between the Customer and the Service Provider is deemed concluded once payment has been successfully received by the Service Provider.
3. Order Placement and Processing
3.1. To place an order, the Customer must select a product, add it to the shopping cart, and complete the checkout process by entering the required information.
3.2. The Customer receives an automatic order confirmation via email upon successful order placement.
3.3. If an ordered item is out of stock, the Service Provider will contact the Customer to offer a replacement, a revised delivery time, or a refund.
3.4. If the Customer chooses cash on delivery, the order must be collected within one week of notification. Failure to collect the order may result in cancellation.
3.5. Product images in the store are illustrative and may not exactly represent the final product.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1. Orders are shipped to destinations specified by the Customer. Delivery fees vary based on the delivery method and location.
4.2. The estimated delivery time for orders within Estonia is 1-3 business days. International deliveries may take up to 30 days.
4.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure circumstances.
4.4. If an order cannot be delivered due to inaccurate address details provided by the Customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. Customers who are private individuals have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Service Provider via email and return the product in its original condition.
5.3. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
5.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
5.5. If the returned product is damaged or shows signs of use, the Service Provider reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value.
5.6. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
6. Warranty and Claims
6.1. The warranty period for products follows the standard consumer protection regulations of Estonia and the European Union.
6.2. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, the Customer has the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund.
6.3. The Service Provider is not liable for defects caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6.4. Claims must be submitted via email, including proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
6.5. Claims are reviewed within 15 business days of submission.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. The Customer agrees that their personal data may be collected and processed for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
7.2. The Service Provider ensures the confidentiality of Customer data and does not share it with unauthorized third parties.
7.3. Customer data required for order delivery is shared only with logistics and payment processing partners.
7.4. Customers have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any disputes between the Customer and the Service Provider shall be resolved primarily through negotiation.
8.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission of Estonia or the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
8.3. Legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
